Self-care is a term that you may hear thrown around pretty frequently these days; but what does it actually entail? As we embark on another year and the start of a new decade, many people are setting intentions and working towards self-improvement. Part of that is learning ways to effectively take care of yourself when life gets hectic and overwhelming. Sometimes, self -care means a bath and sometimes, all we have time or energy for is dry shampoo and wet wipes. Whatever the case, it is important that you recognize your needs and attend to them so that you may stay balanced and grounded. Below are some ideas for self-care based on how you are feeling day to day.
