Holmes / Johnson County Adoption Courts
Adoptions are a legal proceeding, and all adoptions in these counties are handled in the Florida court systems. Although, birth parents don’t normally have to appear in court. Your adoption attorney will take care of everything.
Holmes / Washington County Foster Care
If you are considering foster care for your child, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is tasked with foster care of children in Florida. If your child has been removed from your care by DCF and placed in Foster Care, you do have options.
